Per-tree inventory for permanent crops
Every tree counted.
Measured, not estimated from spacing.
We fly your blocks and hand back a per-tree inventory — every tree counted and located, canopy size, dead trees, empty spots — and what changed since last time. Per tree, per block, per farm.

Why now
This season the tree count is not an agronomy question. It is a filing.
Insurance stage-block reports, USDA tree-loss claims, replant and grant records, and lender inspections all ask for one thing: the number of trees. Today that number is guessed from planting spacing or sampled at one percent. We measure all of it.
Crop insurance
Tree-based policies require, per stage-block, the stage of the trees and the number insurable and not insurable, plus a grove map. A counted stand is the number on the form.
USDA tree loss (TAP)
The mortality threshold was removed for 2026. Any loss beyond normal now qualifies — and the claim needs a written count of trees lost from the producer or a qualified expert.
Replant, grants and lenders
Per-tree records for planting programs. Independent stand counts for lender inspections and orchard sales.
The deliverable
What comes back from a survey
Delivered as a map you can open on a phone in the block, and a block-by-block table you can hand to your agent, your lender or your replant crew.
Tree count and position
Every tree, GPS-located, per block.
Canopy size
Per tree, so weak canopies stand out against their neighbors.
Small or weak canopy flags
The trees that are not keeping up.
Dead trees
Counted, located, listed.
Empty spots
Where a tree should be and is not.
Change since last survey
What was added, lost or declined between flights.
Where we fly
Citrus, almonds and walnuts today.
Across California, Texas and Florida. Other tree crops on request — ask.
Timeline by region
Work backward from the decision date.
Start with the filing, inspection or replant decision ahead. We then schedule the flight early enough to deliver a usable tree count and map — not data that arrives after the decision has already been made.

The Proof Survey
Start with one survey on your own ground
No free trials and no slide decks. One paid survey on your own blocks, at flight cost, so the first thing you see is your own inventory. Contiguous blocks only.
PROOF SURVEY
One survey. One measured inventory.
- Complete tree count and position
- Canopy size and weak-canopy flags
- Dead-tree and empty-spot inventory
- Block-by-block table and field map
Minimum 1,000 contiguous acres, surveyed in one coordinated mission. Scattered parcels are quoted separately.
Straight answers
Clear limits build useful records.
We count and measure trees. We do not diagnose disease. A scout marks disease; we record where and how many.
We do not replace your adjuster or your farm visit. We are what the adjuster carries into the grove.
Your inventory goes where you send it — your agent, your lender, your replant crew — and nowhere else.
