Yes. Hovrtek carries a 1 million dollar insurance policy, and all of our pilots have either passed FAA Part 107 or are FAA section 333 exempt.
Whether you go through us or another drone services provider,
we strongly recommend that you are working with pilots who have proper training and credentials.

For the majority of our missions it is not necessary for our clients to be onsite when we are working. If you are needed we will make sure to work this out before the time of the scheduled flight.
We will send a private link that will give you access to all of your assets. This link will remain live for one month after completion of assignment.
Hovrtek offers both video and photo editing. Some of our clients ask that we edit content before delivery and others simply want the raw files. We will work out a package that best meets our clients’ needs.
It's important to access the weather before any drone mission. Low visibility, high winds, rain, and snow could all delay drone opperations. But don't let that deter you. Even during the rainiest times of year in the Pacific Northwest we find windows to fly safely.
Our pilots are certified to fly 30 minutes after sunset and 30 minutes before sunrise. Flying later or earlier requires a special permit that we can obtain if needed. We can fly at night, but it takes a couple extra steps to do so safely and legally.
There are many places and times where drone flight is prohibited. For example, much of the airspace in Portland is prohibited due to the close proximity of PDX. However, we can obtain waivers and airspace authorization that allows us to fly where drones would normally be prohibited.
